A Partnership for Dignity, Inclusion and Community Impact

On 24 August 2026, partners came together in Dar es Salaam for One Table • One Heart • No One Left Behind—a partnership-driven humanitarian engagement bringing 220 children with special needs from Government-registered care centres, together with caregivers, volunteers and partners, around one shared table.
The gathering created a space for children to share a meal, experience joy, connect with others and celebrate the abilities and potential within each of them.
More than a charitable gathering, One Table demonstrated what purposeful partnership can achieve when institutions and communities come together around a shared commitment to dignity, inclusion and social impact.
The initiative brought together AIDF, Baba Oreste, ISHKI Foundation, ART Tanzania, Youth Development Organization and CeVo Organization and Macho Vision Foundation reflecting the power of collaboration in reaching communities and children who are at greater risk of being left behind.
For AIDF and its partners, the message is clear: meaningful development is not achieved by one institution alone. It is built through partnerships, shared responsibility and action that reaches people where they are.
The initiative contributes to the broader spirit of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly the commitment to leave no one behind, advance inclusion and strengthen partnerships for sustainable development.
