A New Chapter of Leadership, Service and Lasting Impact
AIDF Tanzania was honoured to join distinguished members, leaders and guests of the Rotary Club of Bahari Dar es Salaam for the installation of President Elect Irene Mkunde, marking the beginning of a new chapter of leadership under the theme “Creating Lasting Impact.”
For AIDF, moments such as these are an important reminder that leadership is ultimately measured not only by the position one holds, but by the people one serves and the difference one helps create.
We congratulate President Elect Irene Mkunde as she begins this new chapter and recognise the spirit of service, collaboration and community leadership that continues to bring institutions and people together.
Leadership creates direction.
Service gives it meaning.
Collective action gives it lasting impact.
