Joel Emanuel Temba
Founding Vision & Strategic Leadership
Joel Emanuel Temba is the Founder, CEO & Managing Director of the Africa Initiative Development Foundation (AIDF Tanzania). He brings extensive experience in community development, strategic leadership, and institutional management.
With a deep commitment to sustainable development, Joel has been instrumental in shaping AIDF's vision and strategic direction, ensuring that the foundation remains focused on empowering communities and creating lasting impact across Tanzania.
Under his leadership, AIDF has grown into a trusted organization working across health, education, gender equality, environmental sustainability, and community development.
Khushi Hemen Bajaria
Operations & Strategic Partnerships
Khushi Hemen Bajaria is the Acting Chief Operations Officer at AIDF Tanzania. She brings a strong background in health science, public health, and implementation science to the organization.
Education & Credentials:
• Incoming M.S in Implementation Science - Dartmouth College, USA
• B.S. in Health Science (Pre-Medicine track)
• Major 1: Health Science, Major 2: Public Health, Minor: Biology
